2008 Income Limits Published
EFFECTIVE
DATE FEBRUARY 13, 2008! As per
Revenue Ruling 94-57, new income limits must be implemented no later
than 45 days after HUD releases the new limit; OR HUD's effective
date, whichever is later. This means you will need to implement the
new limits no later than March 29, 2008.

opportunities for all professionals involved in the Low Income
Housing Tax Credit Program. We strive to provide the most current

About the
College: The Housing Credit College currently offers
public, private and online workshops plus two nationally recognized
industry certification exams and designations. The courses taught
through the College target the various levels of property management
within the industry, from on-site leasing agents, compliance
professionals, property managers, and on to asset managers,
investors and developers. Elizabeth Moreland, the lead
instructor, has over 20 years of experience in the property
management industry and over 10 years of experience as an affordable
housing trainer and consultant. She is actively involved with
National Association of Home Builders and their Housing Credit
Group, the National Council of State Housing Agencies, the National
Housing and Rehabilitation Association, and the Southeastern
Affordable Housing Management Association.
